"I don't leave many reviews, this has to be one of the worst post office locations I've ever visited and that is saying something. I've been on this base for 15 years and the service here is ALWAYS awful, rude slow moving staff that clearly don't want to be there (and often aren't even though it's during posted hours). This location exemplifies the sad declination of USPS."

"Fast service. Very friendly employee. Needed to mail a Mother's Day card and I didn't have postage. A quick weight check on the scale and 78 cents later I was good to go."

"Had to mail a couple of items. Short wait. Asked for clerk's opinion on the best mailing option, which she provided with pricing. Had to call my partner at one point to get an address because there was no internet signal inside the building, and she was very understanding. Overall, a straightforward, pleasant experience, which I would have taken for granted, but given the abundance of negative reviews, I wanted to take the time to add this experience to the chatter."

"Wish I could give 0 stars. But I had a package that was marked ready for pickup on Friday. I went in on Tuesday since they were closed the weekend and Memorial Day. The lady working the front desk was beyond rude and had an attitude for no reason. She told me that they will deliver the package to me yesterday. Said she didn’t want to look through the packages for mine. At the end of the day yesterday I got a notification from USPS my package was delayed a day. Even though she told me she scanned my package in on Friday and remembered it. She could have just given me my package but didn’t want to. Today Wednesday still no package but they delivered mail already. Let’s see if I get my package tomorrow or if they’ll just hold it and not let me pick it up since they don’t want to look for it. Horrible customer service Update: Now she says they don’t know where my package is..."
