"Dr. Batra is the only psychiatrist I have seen that actually seems to care. He praises achievements. He makes me feel comfortable and that's so important. Update: I have been seeing Dr. Batra for 2 years now and I still have mental health issues, but they are so much better since seeing the doctor. I do have to leave messages for his office, but they always return my call. At first my appointments were monthly but as time went on, and my condition improved, the appointments are now every 6 weeks or so. I am behind on my payments, but they haven't mentioned it at all. They understand I pay as much as I can, when I can. I told the doctor I may have to move out of state, and he said he would be my doctor no matter where I moved. That took a big weight off my shoulders. I don't know where I would be today without his help."
