Dr. Sanlly Perez Ceballos

"I was getting really tired of these huge corporate doctors offices so when the first of the year came around, I decided to make a change and am extremely happy that I discovered Dr Perez. I have not felt this heard and taken care of for many many years. When you call, you get right thru to her front office. You don’t have to press a bunch of options then speak to a call center which I find so impersonal. Her staff is lovely and they make you feel like you matter. They don’t rush you thru the process and they actually make conversation. Then to see the doctor, you go directly into her office that has an examining table in it. She sits at her desk and you sit comfortably in a chair so that it feels more conversational. She is the most thorough and thoughtful doctor I’ve ever been to and I’m 61 years old. Since I do have several health issues, my out of state daughter likes to be involved by staying on speaker phone. Dr Perez includes her in the conversation and has no issue with her asking questions. My last doctor would not even entertain this. She is extremely knowledgeable and is very educated on drug interactions. One of the meds I was on could have been exacerbating another condition and she caught that immediately. She is also very kind and looks you right in the eye when explaining things. One last thing that I should have mentioned earlier, when you call to schedule an appointment whether it’s a pressing matter or a routine visit, you’re not told you have to wait weeks, they are able to get you scheduled in a reasonable time frame. It was months for my former doctor and even weeks for the nurse practitioner. If you had a pressing matter they would tell you to go to urgent care. That is not why I maintain a relationship with a PCP. Also, you see the doctor, herself, every visit. I have huge respect for nurse practitioners but I do prefer my main relationship to be directly with the doctor and I find it maintains a stronger continuity of care. So, if you’re looking for great quality care, do yourself a favor and meet Dr. Perez."

"Words cannot express how i feel about this beautiful Doctor and her staff. From walking in the door the warm greeting to the nurse who is awesome. Dr. Sannly is thourough, kind, sweet, caring, knowledgable etc.. when you send a message thru portal she responds first thing in the morning with clarity and says You are always welcome here or hugs and prayers. She is the most caring Doctor and Human being. Love her and her staff."
