"April 19, 2024. Front Office Staff needs lessons in politeness and phone etiquette. Perhaps a course on picking up a ringing phone and proper ways to speak to paying patients would keep their patients from leaving and going to one of the Many other cardiologists in the area. Maybe a phone etiquette course could teach them how to listen to a patient's concerns about their Heart Monitoring equipment without hanging up on them. Perhaps they can figure out a way to at least Act like they care more about a patient then the heart monitors that are apparently made of gold and more valuable then keeping a patient. My heart monitor was flashing yellow, meaning it wasn't charged. Unfortunately I didn't know this until I needed to change the electrode stickers and read the information inside the box. I wasted my time on the 7 day heart monitoring because the machine was flashing yellow and wasn't working properly for two and a half days. Did they recommend wearing it longer? No, because getting the heart monitor back by 9am was much more important. Thanks for wasting my time and making me start over with a New Cardiologist. Rude, uncaring people in the medical profession should be fired and work in a field where customer service is not required. P S. Dr. Vimesh K. Mithani is wonderful."

"Dr Mithani is very knowledgeable and thorough. He takes his time with me and answers any questions I may have. I first met him after having a heart attack. Dr. Mithani took great care of me then and I have been very happy with his care ever since."

"Sorry to say we wasted so much time with this office over a period of years. The doctor himself isn't very informative. The two receptionists in the office have the worst nonprofessional rapid that I have ever encountered in my life. They don't know how to smile, there are a lot of elderly people that go to this office and they certainly don't know how to treat elderly people or any people as a matter of fact. We found a new cardiologist and what a difference in offices we have experienced. The one receptionist acted like we were bothering her by being in the office. I've had her hang up on me before and basically throw my medical records at me. Before you choose this doctors office I would think twice about that and do more research."
