Very efficient and very helpful in managing my positioning for Xrays due to the severity of my pain and lack of mobility to move easily. 3 stars for the management of the office procedures and the scheduling procedures. Extremely busy office with 5 different doctors. Waited 45 minutes past my appointment time in an overcrowed waiting room. Privacy in waiting room was lacking as various staff members came into the room to ask various clients very personal questions which the entire room could hear both questions and answers. While in the treatment room the door was left open so I could hear the other patients in the other treatment rooms and they could hear my answers as the technician asked me various questions about my medical history. When the Dr. arrived I had to ask him to close the door which he did. Dr. James - very personable and friendly. Gave me the results of the Xrays and offered his opinion of what my issue was and what procedures would be helpful. When questioned about alternative treatments he was very knowledgeable and was quite willing to explore and explain the pros and cons of each without bias. His explanations helped me to reach an informed decision which relieved my anxiety. I feel confident that my plan of action is supported by Dr. James and that he will be available when the time comes for taking the next step in the treatment plan."

"Last week, I had my first visit with Dr. James and it was a good one. I had done some research, visited another Orthopedist and came in with a whole lot of specific questions. Dr James answered them all plus additional details about the robotic surgery(which seems like the way to go). I also found out that it may be possible to have a partial replacement, and that is good news. Next stop new knee."

"Dr Christopher James is highly professional, friendly and a wonderful surgeon. I had a hip replacement a month ago and am amazed at my recovery. "First impression I entered into first an extra large, waiting room with plenty of seating, beautiful and super clean. There was only one to two people in that huge waiting room and I was immediately greeted by a member of your staff. She called me at to the front. There was no one waiting and got my information taken care of and had me to be taken to the back. It was only a couple of minutes until a staff member once againcame and took me into the back to a very spacious exam room, there was many exam rooms and there was plenty of room in them for a wheelchair, such as I was in. Once in the exam room, the staff member quickly took my information and escorted me back to the Radiology area after several minutes waiting, I was greeted and again taken back by very attentive staff who were able to help me with the X-rays right after visiting Radiology I was escorted back to my room where the doctor jumped right in within two minutes on every visit. Dr. James was amazing. He was thorough. His bedside manner is one that should be had by everybody! He took great care of me explained everything. I was so fortunate that I did not require surgery, but that did not negate his care for me at all. I would recommend them to any. Their office was much bigger than I imagined it was. especially if you have bulky equipment such as assisted devices, such as walkers, wheelchairs…."
