"Walking into the Holiday Surgical Center, I immediately noticed it was clean, pleasant and professional. The staff from the front desk to the discharge nurse worked as a team to make my husband and me comfortable throughout the entire process. "This practice is outrageously expensive. All I needed was an annual eye exam and a Rx for eye drops because an over the counter product threw off my eyes and their dryness.. it is correctable it happens to me about every 4 years then goes away with Rx drops. My previous eye doctor in S Tampa, where I used to live would have been $79. Dr. Heath's practice charged my health insurance which I don't even know if they will cover , 4x as much. I asked for Rx for my eyes, she just gave me the same as my S Tampa eye doctor, even though I asked for something different.. then she didn't even have the proper coupon to give the patient to reduce the drug from $250 to $35. Every eye doc has this coupon! She didn't care. My annual felt incomplete, not thorough at all and performed by some other technician not Dr. Heath. I suggest you move on and choose another eye doctor. I was beyond disappointed."

"Put the wrong lenses in after cataract surgery. Gave all kinds of far fetched excuses. I finally had 6 laser surgeries at $6,000 out of pocket from a real Dr. now I can see again! Her staff is far from adequate!"

"This review is in response to the FRONT DESK ONLY, NOT DR HEATH OR ANOTHER DR AT THIS ADDRESS only the front desk/nurses area. I brought my mother in to have a cataract removed, we went to the front desk of the door that had the suit # on her paperwork. 4-5 employees were standing, discussing their personal lives (we stood there long enough to hear quite a bit about their weekends) after clearing my throat several times and making direct eye contact with, still nothing. I finally loudly called out "Hi we need to know if we are at the right office and if we need to checkin or sign anything?" One lady looked at us and walked behind a wall out of sight. Another lady finally asked what we were there for, when she learned that my mother was there for a Dr that took disability she said "Oh the low income doctors borrow the rooms in the back, sign in and they'll find you." Before I realized there was no sign in to be found, she had gotten up and also went behind the wall. I again called out and from behind the wall someone called out "Just take a seat, we don't work for them." Luckily the people and Dr in back were awesome, very kind, informative and general human decency. They did a fantastic job and I am making sure THEY get a 5 star amazing review. As for the ladies up front, if ANYONE walks into a Dr office asking for help, directions, insurance anything like that, be a decent human and at least acknowledge a patient standing in front of you, you were all so incredibly rude to sit a foot in front of me and ignore me without any acknowledgement and then to be come even rude when you learned she was on disability...disgusting first impression, disgusting group of ladies, that should be ashamed of themselves."
