"Went there today as a walk-in patient and received excellent, professional care from my PA Jeannine and also from Taylor who took my vitals. I was treated with the utmost respect and given clear instructions regarding my prescribed medication. The young lady who admitted me was polite and friendly too. "Easy check-in online. Large, clean waiting room. Quick service. Our pediatrician recently moved to Hudson. When my son had flu symptoms I remembered how much I liked this urgent care center when I brought another son of mine in on a weekend for a broken wrist. I ended up at this office 3 days in less than a week to have my children tested for the flu and to get notes for school. I would recommend this office to anyone near Holiday."
"They've been bought out, the prices on the wall say 110 for office visit. They charged my card $149, when I question this they said they're in the transition of switching to a new company taking them over. I said your prices are on the wall clearly marked, why are the prices changed or even a sign indicating these aren't the current prices. I was told sorry that's just the way it is. Once I was seated a lady and I struck up conversation she's been waiting for 2 hours and they told her it would be 30 minutes, she went up to the front and requested a refund because they were taking so long. 10 minutes after she left I had had enough, there were not a lot of patience waiting, there had to be 20 people working and no patients being seen. Nothing but a chaotic mess, and with the price increases, they also discontinued the complimentary antibiotics and other medications they used to give out with the office visit price. I've been going here for years it's so sad I will not be returning. The new staff is short and rude to customers."
