"Parking is inadequate, but on the flip side, it keeps crowd size down. Bathrooms are port-a-pottes. Has an outdoor shower available. Beautiful beach."

"Nice white sandy beach. However, the area is surrounded by poorly designed (trashy!) high rises and is very built and populated. Pets are also not allowed on the beach - so much for a family day at the beach when our furry members are not allowed. All in all, not a very peaceful spot or in tune with nature. We stopped by on a road trip from Texas and were very disappointed."

"We visited late August/ early September and the water was amazing. I loved the fact that it's not crowded. It's a hidden gem!"

"This beach was great! We decided to stop here on road trip from Texas to Nee Orleans. We have hit up a lot of beaches! Alabama public beaches we visited you had to pay to go to. It was nice to drive up and hit the sand without a gate keeper. This beach was clean and a short walk from the provided parking. We have a 5 year old and the waves were pretty big so we stayed close by. Great experience for the last hour of daylight we had!"

"I spent a week here for vacation with my sister in August and it was the most relaxing time I've had in a long time. I needed it. This place gave me a peace I couldn't get in the city. Clean and not crowded. Beautiful white sands and refreshing.... A small piece of heaven on earth. Feet in the sands but not too many shells. Wanted more. The sound of waves and night breezes! Breathtaking... Coming back again....."
