"I've been a patient for almost 2 years for RA. Dr Brown is the nicest dr I've ever had. Very professional and friendly. Her entire staff is so helpful and kind. I've had to speak to her nurse Candace several times and she's just amazing. So knowledgeable and friendly. Never makes me feel rushed. I highly recommend this practice."

"During my visit with Dr. Brown, she requested an x-ray of my swollen and very painful knee. I was seated in the waiting area waiting for another patient to finish his x-ray. During this time, another patient came in for an x-ray. We engaged in a nice conversation. The gentleman finished his x-ray and came out. The x-ray technician called the lady inside ahead of me. The lady told her that I had been waiting quite a while. The tech said, “ I know, but you can come on in.” The tech returned to the door and told me, “wait just a few more minutes.” NOT ACCEPTABLE! I left, never to return."

"While it took a while to get my appointment, it was totally worth it! I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff and Dr. Brown was. Everyone was kind, polite, efficient, and helpful. The office itself was spotlessly clean, and immediately put me at ease. Dr. Brown took the time to listen to my concerns and is most definitely a wonderful addition to my healthcare team. If you're seeking a new Rheumatologist, seriously consider Dr. Brown."

"I am not sure why anyone would give this office a bad review. I had my first appointment as a new patient today, 6/23/22 and I absolutely felt welcomed by the staff and was also amazed with Dr Browns compassion and professionalism. Yes I had to call a few times to finally get my email with the new patient paperwork, but I kept on top of it to make sure I received it, I finally received it and completed it and sent it back and confirmed that they received it. I did have to wait about 6 months to get in with her, but the wait was well worth it. My original appointment was on 6/13/22 but my Google maps sent me to her old office , so I was late by the time I was able to contact them, but her staff was very helpful and made sure I was rescheduled for the next week since I had waited for so long for an appointment. They did not charge me a cancellation fee at all. Dr Rachel Brown is an excellent doctor and I think it depends on the patient on how you react to certain situations as far as the reviews I have seen. I would recommend this practice and Dr Brown and her staff 100%"
