"Absolute worst customer service! I purchased a phone last month for my mom at another location, so I can merge her phone onto my family plan. 4 phones for 100$. The big lady that was working there today was so rude. The store was dead, and she was so lazy. She didn't want to do anything to help. She didn't even ask for the 8 digit pin for all 4 phones, before she started insinuating that I could be trying to merge a phone onto my plan that wasn't mine. I can see why this location is so dead, with someone like that working there. Sales would increase a lot by just getting rid of her. I wish the owner of this location the best of luck on his sales with as an employee. I've been a customer for 8 years, and never experienced such a rude metro pcs employee."
