"My lanai project required a work horse of a fan with some style. Dan's Fan City delivered. He had the item on-hand at the price I expected to pay and worked patiently with me as we figured out exactly how long the down rod should be. He knows his stuff!! I returned with my measurements, he assessed them and gave me both a two and a three foot rod with the request that I return the one I didn't use when the work was completed. Months later, the fan is installed and I returned the extra rod as asked. Where else do you get that level of interest, concern and trust? I have a minimum of four more fans to replace and I will be going to Dan's Fan City for all of them. Friendly, patient and fair with a huge catalog of styles, sizes and installations. I highly recommend Dan's Fan City to anyone who wants a quality item with exceptional customer service."
