"My mom and I went for the Infrared Sauna and loved it! It was 30 minutes of total relaxation. We loved how there were a few different options of essential oils to choose from for the diffuser and the feel of the salt "sand" on the floor of the sauna. It was a very ethereal experience. "Me and my husband drove over 2 hours experience Cave and sound healing experience, my husband is a manly man but he was willing to go with me because I'm going through a medical situation. I am willing to try anything will help find peace at mind, Not only was this experience mentally and emotionally healing physically as well! I would highly recommend doing the Salt Cave adding the sound healing the price was excellent service was excellent experience was way more than we expected! We will be going back thank you so much it was exactly what we needed to rewind reset an recharge and renew cleanse our minds and also heal the souls! "Salt Grotto not what it used to be. Booked first appt of the day at noon. Owner arrived at time of appt and we went in. Room was not picked up from yesterday. Hardly any salt coming thru vents. Just not a very clean experience. Bathroom dirty. Used to come a lot before new owner. I won’t be back. Turned off by all the new age services. Sorry."

"What a rejuvenating experience. We enjoyed the infrared sauna before a private guided sound healing meditation in a cozy salt cave. We weren’t sure what to expect but were very happy with the results. This is the best place to relax, unwind, and heal. Maria was amazing and I am excited to return!"

"I’m so partial. I wanna love it but I didn’t. I brought my son in yesterday and felt like it just didn’t work for us like it says. Was I relaxed sure, but throw a bunch of music and banging toys in the kids room totally doesn’t give off the zen vibes. Music was just three light airy notes repeated. Too many toys in the kids room made it feel like I needed to go mom mode in there and clean. Didn’t seem to have been fully cleaned up and we arrived at opening (10am) as there was salt all over most of the toys and especially the carpet in the tent. The biggest negative is a left feeling my nose was far more clogged and my son got a bad bloody nose after being in there for 30 mins which tells me it was too dry. He’s only 2.5 and this was one wipe… we had to use 3 to clean it. It was kind of warm in there as well but it cooled down a touch around 10:30. While staff was super sweet, We don’t feel much better. I honestly feel no benefits and the bloody nose was alarming as this never happens to him (he doesn’t know how to pick his nose yet)."
