"I had highlights and a haircut by Victoria 2 months ago and was charged $455. I had asked for partial highlights and she decided to do a full highlight. I had 3 shades of highlights and I was charged for "product" for four tubes of product at $45 each in addition to the service. She did exactly the same full head highlighting and cutting for $320 a year ago at a different location. I was expecting a similar charge and was not told that I would be charged $135 more. I have never had to pay for "product" in the 40+ years that I have had this done at different salons. This $455 is not competitive and I will probably not return."
