I also expected my back walked on as I have had this experience before. I paid the money to leave feeling like a had a professional massage. Instead I felt like someone just rubbed my skin. She spent more time removing the lotion on me than truly massaging my back. I even asked her for more pressure and she said yes but never used firmer pressure. She brought me a hot water and disappeared. I left and had no one to express my experience to. I think my money should be returned or a proper massage offered."
