"I reached out to Pablo, as well as a few other contractors like any responsible homeowner would do, to come out and take a look at my patio ceiling which was slowly peeling away after only a few years of humidity. He came out to my home in a timely manner, was very communicative to help estimate how much it would be to repair the drywall and didn't seem to talk down to me in any way (which for some reason is rare?). He gave me a few options, including just re-doing the drywall and that's it. But then he showed me some photos of another home's ceiling with some wood paneling. The idea caused my wife and I to be very intrigued. He sent me photos of some of his work and gave me a fair estimate. He was patient and not at all pushy to sign a contract. I was allowed to be a judicious consumer and he respected the time it took for me to do my due diligence. We ended up choosing Pablo not just for his prior work but his work ethic and attitude. He helped to remodel the patio to add wood and crown molding in the ceiling. The upgrade is fantastic and helps out patio withstand the years of humidity that lie before us. We replaced a dingy fan and he helped install that for us as well. He kept the work area clean and when I came home, he explained everything he did. He also cut the job from two days down to one. Overall I couldn't be happier and fully recommend Complete Home Improvements!"
