From our first meeting to discuss our project to beyond our move in, they were awesome. Everyone was very helpful throughout the process and I felt like it was an "all hands-on deck" team effort. We used a VA Loan, and they guided us through that process and explained everything along the way. Additionally, Cary and Carlton were definitely a blessing to have since building a home is a very stressful and they answered all of our questions and provided much needed direction and guidance. The vendors they had for us were top notch and very fair priced. From conception we were worried that this adventure could turn into a nightmare, but they definitely made this an amazing endeavor. Again, Owens Custom Homes was truly amazing and when we are ready for future projects, they will be our builder again, no doubt about it."
