Despite all the issues encountered, Michael constantly found a solution which was explained in detail prior to being carried out. Living in the rural area, it was quite challenging to find someone who would even come out to look at the problem. Within 24 hours of my initial call to Wingate, Michael was at my house and immediately resolved some high priority issues. The next day I had a detailed plan from him with a full estimate for what I needed to resolve all the electrical issues. Once the project started, he devoted all the time necessary solely to my project until completion and his charges were quite reasonable given the scope of the work. He did not make any increases for any of the issues encountered. He is very knowledgeable as an electrician. During his work, he also identified another significant issue unrelated to my electrical needs and promptly notified me. As a result, I was able to obtain repair of this issue before it worsened which could have potentially caused structural instability of my house.
