"I met with Matt at Wade Homes in January and gave him two plans to ballpark price for me so I could determine which one would work best for my wife and I. Matt stated he had everything he needed and would work something up in the next month. After two months went by and not receiving any information, I emailed Matt to inquire why I haven't heard back from him. he stated that his computer had went down and lost all the information, but he did find my paper work and would get back with me asap. Another two months went by and again I contacted Matt, more excuses again and promises of getting back with me. I then received an estimate for cost of well, septic and impact fees(which were incorrect). Another two months went by and I emailed Kristen Wade to find out what was going on, the only thing she could find and email to me was the original work-up sheets and stated she would contact Matt to find out why this was happening. I have no doubt in my mind Wade Homes didn't want to build for me for some reason. I was nice, polite and respectful, I didn't deserve to be treated this way. I just wish Matt would have been honest from the start and tell me he didn't want to build a home for my wife and I. To this day, I haven't heard back from Matt or Wade Homes. The communication from Wade Homes is nonexistent and the lackadaisical excuses are pathetic. Be aware before you start down the road of having Wade Homes build your house."
