"If you’re looking for an honest and knowledgeable place to get your boat worked on it, Biscayne Boatworx is the place. I recently replaced the fuel line in my boat and it started skipping when throttled down, so in frustration I took it in. Nick called me and explained that motors have a safety feature that causes them to drop spark when revved high in neutral. He fired it up and ran it in gear for half an hour to make sure everything was fine. He also fixed a small issue with my trailer lights and told me no charge since he didn’t do any repairs. Most places would still charge you for labor or diagnostic fees. I strongly recommend this place and I’ll certainly be taking my business back to Nick in the future."

"If you're a boat owner long enough, you'll eventually find yourself in some trailer troubles at the most inopportune time. In our case, our lug studs completely sheared off, and we found ourselves stranded in an unfamiliar Florida town. After attempting to repair the trailer damage ourselves, we were fortunate enough to call Nick of Biscayne Boatworx, of Trenton, FL. He immediately offered to stop his current work and assist us on the side of the road. He was readying his tools, when we made the decision to limp 15 miles back to his shop. He helped guide our boat in shop (15k+ sq ft). Looking at his shop setup and organization, I knew our boat was in good hands. Being out of town, he offered to store our boat for a few weeks. That was extremely kind of him, and our young family was extremely grateful. Despite the stress of the situation, Nick assured me things would be taken care of by the time I got back the following 2 weeks. He was in constant communication, and honest about what needed to be done. He not only replace all my hubs, but he remove the factory grease, and used a higher performance grease. Additionally, he replaced the rear single lip seal, and upgraded it to a double lip seal. Lastly, instead of letting me roll out unsafely, he let me know that one of my tires had bad damage. I was able to grab a spare ahead of time thanks to him. Unfortunately, my travel plans shifted up, and I offered to pick the boat up at the later date. He insisted he could help me, and worked throughout the evening to make sure the trailer was road worthy before I took her back home. I finally got a text at 9pm saying it would be ready for morning pickup. Nick is a stand up guy, and a great communicator. Throughout knowing him, I realize he's a perfectionist and someone you can trust your boat work with. Aside from trailer repairs/upgrades, he also does fiberglass/gelcoat, and wiring. I got a chance to check out some of wiring work, and it's professional grade. I plan to bring my boat back to him for additional upgrades, and we are extremely grateful to him and his wife."
