Founded in 2021 by James Hurst, Hurst Carpentry Co. began as a passion project fueled by a love for DIY and custom interior work. What started as a hobby quickly transformed into a full-fledged business dedicated to providing top-tier finish carpentry services. With a keen eye for cabinet-grade woodworking and a commitment to excellence, we have established ourselves as the go-to carpentry company in the area.
Our services are extensive and cater to a wide range of custom woodworking needs. From custom order cabinetry and woodwork to creating beautiful charcuterie boards and epoxy tables, we offer a diverse array of handcrafted products designed to enhance any space. Our offerings include barn doors, office and school desks, island bars, dining tables, chairs, benches, and much more. In July 2022, we expanded our operations by opening the Hurst Carpentry Mill & Saw Shop and acquiring a sawmill to better serve our community. Our sawmill operation provides slab, lumber, drying services, slab flattening, and custom tables, ensuring that every piece is crafted to perfection.
