"Friendly staff. The issue is they are overwhelmed. Not enough workers. Dedication to exclusively you is limited. That's a big negative because this is a large purchase and you need to know everything to make a good financial decision."

"A very deceptive company. Do not use these people.. I highly recommend keeping a signed build sheet listing everything because when you go back in like I did, John told me I didn't take my build sheet last time I was there, but when I got home I noticed white out marks on my copy over a lot of items and it didn't match the build sheet I originally had. (I highly recommend you watch for authentic signatures "by you" on the paperwork, yes, I have examples. It struck me funny when it was mentioned that my signature was hard to copy. My answer was, "that's why I sign it that way". Make sure you get a receipt for your down payment that is "refundable", watch who signs your signature to the build sheet. John assured us that we got the financing, then after the deposit check cleared they told us no we didn't but the build sheet was signed and "the home was built and they were stuck with it" so we lost our $15,500/00 deposit. Never having finance problems before, within a couple of days I had the home financed. "But we had to wait for it to be built, again I guess". Rodney's crew got the home set and anchored very quickly and professionally, (After they had to remove the material for the pad. I found car tire parts, glass, steel, concrete, very big stones, lumber, pipes as well as other trash they were going to use for our new pad. When I asked them if they would use that for the pad for their new home, he told me yes.) The quality of the home seems to be good. Will keep this posting to date as we proceed. Drywaller crew doing an ok job prepping for mud and tape taking extra care. Nail heads are popping out everywhere. Steve also gave us suggestions and ideas on others items that helped us very much. I will update as we go. The trim was installed by Eddie & Christie. I can't even begin to say how wonderful their work is. Every corner and joint is perfect. They are true artist at what they do. Also took extra care in cleaning up after themselves. Again, great job. The other crews didn't do much cleaning, they picked up their tools and left. Leaving the construction site up to me a 68 year retiree and my disabled wife to come in with our friends and remove construction lumber, debris, trash and dust/ dirt including their lunch scraps. After everyone was "done" there were no blinds on the kitchen windows. I called John who told us same window coverings as his office "throughout", then he said they don't make coverings for that window. Also there was no covers over the sliding glass door curtain rods, again John said they don't supply those either. The sliding glass doors didn't lock, finally when we got someone to come out to repair the locks the guy told us he didn't have the right stuff to make the repair so he's got to come back but when he does, he will bring the the window blinds for the kitchen window as well as the covers for the sliding glass door rods. (sorry john). The kitchen window curtain was finally installed but the sliding glass doors were never repaired. I called John and told him, he told me I needed to call the factory and talk with them. As far as anything being in line or squared off, there isn't a straight line in the home (except for the trim). Example, the heat vents in the ceiling, one rotates to the left while the other rotates right, doors don't close properly, seams don't line up right and the striker plates are blocked by the wood behind them. In the living room where the two units come together on the floor, there is a 2.5" wide low area where the tile guy must have filled it with plaster or something soft but it is very noticeable. Installing the bulbs into the ceiling can lights, they were not installed properly and we had to take them down and make the correction. One other thing, john told me we were getting ceiling fans just like the model again "throughout" then John told us not in the model we bought. Now our living room floor has been a low area going across the living room where the joint was never filled in. John won't help us."

"In the process of trying to find our home now. Last year my fiance got in a huge accident almost died so we had to cancel the trailer we were going to get unfortunately but now we can start the process back again and hoping we can get something that is a good fit that we need the right size and affordable. I will post again once I purchase my home and have it done then I will comment on the process and how long it took for everything and how well or not well the setup was."

"Sales reps are great but the workmanship on the Town Homes is terrible. The company never comes back out to complete warranty items. Our home looks like it was thrown together with scraps. Maybe if we had spent more money, workmanship would have been better?"
