We prioritize clarity and compliance with clearly marked signs to guide you through our parking rules. Please pay close attention to areas marked with "Beach Parking by Resident Only" signs. These spots are reserved exclusively for Collier County residents with a valid Beach Parking Permit displayed on their vehicle's windshield. Non-residents should avoid parking in these areas to prevent fines.
For our guests with disabilities, we offer accessible parking options in accordance with Florida Statute 316.1964. Permit holders can park in any designated space without payment, provided they are driving or being transported. Please remember, a disability permit does not authorize parking in bus loading zones, fire zones, handicapped access aisles, no parking zones, or beyond the posted time limits.
To maintain a safe and orderly environment, parking at metered beach spaces is prohibited between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. Violations of our beach parking rules can result in a fine of $102, reduced to $77 if paid within 10 days. For parking violations involving disability restrictions, the fine is $252. Unpaid citations may lead to denial of vehicle registration renewal, possible immobilization or towing, and may be sent to collections, affecting your credit rating.
