"I called earlier in the week to make a reservation. The man on the phone was very friendly and helpful. The next day I went to location to see Patricia, the manager. She welcomed me and pulled up my reservation and we went upstairs to look at it. It was very clean and just what I needed. We went back downstairs and did the paperwork and payment and everything went smoothly. Patricia was very friendly and easy to work with. The next day I went back to put some stuff in my unit and had a question so i stopped by the office and again, she was very friendly and nice to work with. I’m glad I chose you to rent from. It’s been a great experience so far and I’m amazed how clean everything is."
