"The wash is fine, my comment is for the office guy at 11:30AM on 05/29. I walked in and explained the vacuum scratched my dash screen leaving a gash in my screen. He basically giggled, shrugged, and said that was my fault and there's nothing they can do about it. Here's what I would've appreciated "I apologize that happened, with the use these vacuums get there's no wonder some may have sharper edges to them that could stick out and cause damage to the vacuumed surface. I will make sure to get a new head for that vacuum and put an out of order sign up so this doesn't happen to another customers screen (or leather seats). I will also have my manager reach out to you to see if there is something we can do as I do not have the authority to offer anything." My 5 star review has been removed because of this interaction. A little understanding goes a long way, a giggle and a shrug gets you -4 stars."

"I have used Luv-A-Wash since its grand opening 5 years ago. I have enjoyed my car wash experience every time. Price points per wash and tiered prepay available packages are a deal. The service is exceptional with a staff that is both helpful and kind. The owner of this business is usually always there to lend a hand as well. He takes pride in his new business. I have seen tremendous growth after COVID-19. There are many times I have to wait in line to get a chance to get my car in sparkling clean condition. However, I am willing to wait to get my car looking beautiful once more. *Bonus* many vacuums available after one exits the wash. Free and not timed! This is my favorite part! Too many times I have been frustrated with dropping quarters in a slot just to add on more time! NOT HERE! :) I recommend Luv-a-Wash the next time your vehicle needs some TLC."

"The best word to describe our experience is WOW! Our 4 year old car literally sparkles after getting the medium priced treatment. After driving 1500 miles to Florida it was a bug covered mess. Luv-a-wash removed every trace of dirt and bugs and the wax treatment made it shine. We will definitely be back before heading home. A clean car gets better gas mileage and we need every mile with today’s gas prices. Edit: It’s two years later and Luv-a-wash still makes our now six year old car sparkle like it’s new. I don’t know how they do it."
