"I lost my home in Hurricane Ian and had been using another facility in Naples, Fla., for eight months before finding Extra Space Storage #0149 on Old U.S. 41, and there's no comparison. Price, cleanliness, ease of access, customer service (manager Taylor is professional and kind) and -- this is very important -- temperature. The other storage brand claimed to keep the building at 72 to 74 degrees but raised the thermostat at night. There were also other hassles, like the entry clock not being adjusted when Daylight Saving Time ended. This isn't the case at Extra Space Storage, where things operate as they should; climate control is consistent; and chatting with Taylor is a pleasure. An exceptional staff and facility."

Taylor treats each person not like I guess but more like family. He is professional and beyond fair in meeting your storage needs. Outstanding service, care and quality. All this and great local loyalty. RV, furniture, cars, clothing, you name it, they have outdoor professional resources.
