"I am extremely happy with how my vehicle turned out. My review is geared towards the folks that have very little knowledge on ceramic coatings and are maybe looking for a great installer to do a great job and not break the bank. Lance did an exceptional job with explaining to me the various ceramic coatings he offered, his opinion on which coating I should get for my particular vehicle only after walking my vehicle over and pointing out scratches and things I definitely didn’t see or notice. He didn’t try to upcharge me on more expensive options. I think I had a dozen questions which he explained thoroughly on how things work. He provided me a ride to and from my home. Both Lance and Chris were very easy to talk with and I could tell that they loved taking great care of customers vehicles as well as their own. They only do one vehicle at a time which to me is priceless because I was not looking for a place that was going to run my vehicle through a gauntlet of installers just to have it done in a few hours. Again, this shop is top notch in my opinion. The last thing I will mention that was more or less the icing on the cake and the main reason for going with Carbon Coatings is that Lance (the owner) is also an instructor and he teaches from beginning level to expert level installers on how to do the job correctly the first time. From our discussion, he had completed well over 1500 ceramic coatings. Thank you very much Lance and Chris for taking great care of my vehicle. Cheers!"
