"ELS is the worst!! continues to raise lot rent not worth it. Front office is useless. We made several freinds but most residents were glad we left that's okay we are much happier in our new home. I have to laugh they are advertising $640 lot rent on the internet it's over $1000 now not worth it and poorly run. save your money spent one year knew it was a mistake when I moved in but, gave it the benefit of doubt. glad we moved manufactured homes is not for me made it our home and made alittle money so not a total loss"
