"Great place to live. Drug free"
"I can't recommend purchasing a home in this community. The people who live here are great but the owner (ELS - Equity Lifestyle Properties) treat their customers like chattel. ELS is a huge company that owns more than 200 similar communities and their only interest seems to be in their bottom line. They unilaterally change community rules without agreement of the residents. They then force these rule changes upon their customers and send threatening letters to anyone who has the audacity to follow the rules as outlined in their signed contract. They also add extra "pass through" charges that were not outlined or agreed to in the purchase contracts. I highly recommend finding a resident owned community that actually cares about the people who live there."
"Looks to be a wonderful Golf Club and house community. On site Pro Shop and Pub/Restaurant. I can't speak to the course (as I'm not a golfer), but the amenities look great."
"Very nice community, we have friends who live there year round. They golf. Since we don't we chose a community closer to the beach. I do love their sunsets. And gators are seen often!"
"Fantastic place to live. A 55+ gated community that is well maintained. A manufactured home community where most residents own the home and rent the land. Inclusive in rent are all resort style amenities, trash and landscaping. You’re responsible for bush or hedge trimming on your rented property and keeping the exterior of your home clean. Residents are super friendly and there are many activities to keep anybody happy and busy. Im very happy with my community. Recommend to anybody looking to live the Florida dream!!"
