"I purchased the platinum car wash for my truck and towards the end of the wash the conveyor belt malfunctioned causing a jerking movement on my truck and did not allow it to move or push forward. My warning lights on my truck started to alert me that something was wrong. I was finally able to move forward, exit the car wash and pull into the nearest spot as my car continued to flash warning lights and sounds that something was wrong. I soon realized that the car wash/ belt slashed my tire causing it to lose pressure and air almost instantaneously. A young employee was there to witness the event. When speaking with the manager Juan he was extremely dismissive, did not take responsibility and disgustingly lied through his teeth stating the reason that happened is because I had a nail in my tire. Well pictures were taken and was proven untrue as there was no nail in my tire. I also still have my tire that was destroyed in their car wash and there is absolutely no nail in the tire. In fact, if there were a nail I would have known about it from the alerts way beforehand. The way Juan runs his business and the way he lies is a disgrace. He offered a free car wash as if I would ever again use his machine just for it to destroy more of my truck."

"I loved this car wash, If I thought of a place to wash my car, it would undoubtedly be this place, I like its services a lot, that is from the time you arrive until you leave, you can notice the good service of its employees, helping to dry the cars, providing cold water and its delicious Candy, its washing options are very good, and I always have everything I need for the good cleaning of my car. I recommend it to all my friends, it's definitely the best car wash I know!"

"Do not work there. The manager Ragaa does what she wants negating proper protocols when interacting with employees. And other management does not hold her accountable. They didn’t even tell the person they were fired just deleted them from a WhatsApp group message. No one spoke to them at all. The other manager told the worker he did the right thing by contacting management. They do not own up to mistakes. Also have evidence of conversations."

"Just the kind of car wash I was looking for that offered the microfiber towels to wipe down the inside. Plus, there’s doesn’t smell of mold, but freshly cleaned vacuum suction is great, and crevice tool on every hose. Also, what I’ve not noticed elsewhere is Windex and air freshener, every station and a floor mat clamp for mats. Their design wash tunnel is different from others and does an excellent job. My dog slobber all over the passenger doors and their machines does the trick. I would highly recommend this new car wash anyone looking for the membership type deal there are multiple locations so it’s worth getting it. Also I must add their tunnel DOES NOT have those rails to guide your wheels but a conveyor. No more messing up your front alignment from Tex misguiding you onto the rail."
