"I am a US Army Veteran still serving and always liked this new car wash but…….I have Bullet valve stem covers and the car wash machine some how got stuck on my valve stem ripped it off and punctured my tire. So Tire damaged and valve stem cut by the car wash machine. Owner was nice enough to help me put on my spare and replace the valve stem But then found out tire could not hold air because the car wash machine damaged my tire. Owner compensated $40 out of his own pocket for the valve stem. Called back to ask to get compensation for replacing the tire. Owner said he would only help with small repairs. I’m out $200 for at $13 car wash. He stated he doesn’t have insurance nor cares to replace small repairs that his business damages. He of course has insurance for severe damages. The owner is nice but if your car gets damaged just sue the business please. I don’t have money for a lawyer otherwise I would. Karma is real and I’m a praying man and wish nothing bad towards the owner but I’m very disappointed the owner couldn’t help out someone who fights for this country. Never again this place sucks."
