"I just pulled up the gas pump the pump was on I step out of my car to get gas and then shell employee turns the pump off I've been at work for 12Hours and just wanted to go home but hopefully my car will make it to another gas station you couldn't even wait 2 Minutes so I'm going to take 2 Minutes to leave a Bad Review"
"This gas station tries to "bait and switch" you into buying gas at a higher price. The gas price sign that's near the road does not say "cash" price on it, but it is. If you pay with a credit card, the price is higher than the price on the sign. You don't find out that you've been duped until you pull off the road and pull up next to a pump."
"They use small white box because the owner gets his money fast through the square reader rather then waiting on shells to send him his percentage. The fun past is if I pumped $10 and my tank only took &5.88 using that box doesn’t give you the rainier of the gas you didn’t use!"
"Deceptive pricing! Came by for a fill-up at $3.22, using my Shell MC which would give me a .10 discount totaling $3.12 a gallon. When processing my card at the pump I noticed that the price per gallon did not change but the screen prompt did state "Rewards .10 cents....". When I got home and reviewed the e-mail receipt the actual price per gallon was $3.32 and the .10 cents came to be $3.22. The outside sign in be bold red number was $3.22, and the pump had the same price as well. Will be disputing the charge and reporting this to Shell Corporate as well as the FL fraud department."
"@Ian Pyle this is incorrect info & fake news. this site is open from 6 to 11pm everyday except on weekends @7am. FL law requires all sites to shut down pumps after close for regulation and safety reasons. We've been overwhelmed by the outpouring support of our customers, whom appreciate how this site has been transformed to a nice friendly place with great fast customer service. The employee stayed after close to make sure the pay at the pump went smoothly for you as fl law states an attendant has to be there at all times, she decided to stay and wait until your transaction finished that night, she went above and beyond after she closed. As the great Warren Buffet says cant make everyone happy."
