"I have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. Ferras, Stephen, Kelsey, Shaq and Ravi are always polite and will bend over backwards to help you. I was in the drive-thru last week and there was a car behind me. Inside the store was busy. I knew they would get to me as soon as they could. Blowing your horn behind me isn't going to make them be able to get to you quicker. It will only annoy everyone around you. Be patient please and wait your turn. Thanks to the great staff!"

"I had the most amazing food in this establishment.., Joey Aukzana Alana and baby Jasmine are amazing on the grill . And thank you Ogar for always keeping the store clean and filled for all of your customers needs. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Shaq and a gentleman named Q They were amazing with the customers they got them in an out with a friendly and courteous manner. They actually got slammed at the register so then Joey jumped in to help them with the drive-through. What an amazing team you have at shell. I can’t leave out Kelsey who always gives me a friendly greeting, and knows exactly what I need when I get to the counter every morning. Frank, thank you for always answering the phone when I need my double egg breakfast sandwich from Alaina . I appreciate you all. Keep up the wonderful work. It’s a pleasure to be your customer.!! And if you really need some comedy at night, you need to go see Steven he’s always making wisecracks… By the way, they have about 12 restaurants internally in this facility and all of the meat food is amazing. You have to go there and try it one day. My favorite is the double cheeseburger with french fries. But the Philly cheesesteak is off the chain but if you want it with bell peppers and grilled onions you must ask for it.. love GULFORT SHELLS"

"So yesterday I stopped in as I normally do, but just to grab a lighter this time I pulled in the drive-through and I waited for him to take the four customers that was at the register. Another person came in, and he proceeded to take them so I pulled out of the drive-through and went inside. Proceeded to wait for him to take three more customers then when it was my turn heater in from the register, and walked away to do something else. Then he returned to the register asking me what was I crying about as if I had not been standing there as you served the whole store then when he got to me you walk off I’ve been going to the store for years now it’s time for me to change my location because I will not shop where I’m disrespected. The fat white cashier was very rude."

"I hate to leave this review; however, a glitch at the pump meant that I was charged the premium price for gasoline despite selecting the regular at the pump. After realizing there had been a mistake I went in to see why I had been overcharged, the printout receipt claimed I had selected premium, when in fact, I did not. The teller would not help me other than to say, that I had made an error at the pump. With no way to verify this, I was left without any option, but to leave, hoping that I indeed received premium gasoline. As there really isn't a way to verify that either."

"My dog & I have been frequenting the drive thru window since the pandemic. Every single one of their employees have been exceptional friendly and helpful. They wear masks properly, and seem to genuinely care about their customers. Five stars!"
