"Do not bring your car here. I've been getting oil changes here for around 3 years and the service in the last year has gone out the window. Made an appointment for oil change two weeks in advance and asked if they would also check to see why hatch would not close properly (during the scheduled oil change visit). Upon arriving at designated appointment, manager comes out to look at hatch to tell me, nope, can't help you with this, but I will see if "I can work you in this afternoon" for an oil change. I have an appointment for that, I said, so why do I need to be "worked in." You can't wait, I don't know when I can get to it, he said...You would have had to tell me you planned to wait for it, he said. Um, what?!? Since when do you have to tell a mechanic in advance that you plan to wait on your car when you have an appointment!? Isn't that exactly why you make an appointment, duh. I asked for my keys back and left annoyed while he yelled at me...."I can't fix all your problems, lady." Horrendous treatment of a (formerly) loyal customer from a most unfriendly and unpleasant man. Not only can you not fix all my problems Reed, you can't fix any car problems either apparently."

"After repairs including alignment the car was not aligned. Took it back to the shop, was coldly ignored. Went to another shop & a young guy aligned it perfectly, no problem with alignment since. Will not use Reed Car Care never again nor recommend their service."

"This is my second time going to Reed Car Care in the past month. The first time was for my belts to be replaced, which they do a great job at a great price. Today I needed there help with my brake lights were not coming on? Matthew was so kind and professional. He came out to my car right away and began to do the process of elimination. After about 30 minutes he found that the bulbs were burned out and did not have a good connection. Very thankful for not making me make an appointment to have it looked at since this is my only vehicle. Will definitely be using them again when I need repairs."

"It's extremely difficult to find an honest mechanic and when you do, u leave a 5 start rating. Brought my truck in for an acceleration issue I couldn't properly explain. They were very patient listening to my issue and concerns. They found the problem and promptly ordered parts and fixed the issue. More than satisfied with the cost of the repair. They went above and beyond any mechanics I have experience to date. I recommend anyone In the area to bring your car hear first. When you leave you won't have to wonder if you were ripped off!!!"
