However I declined 1st month free due to my option of 1st month free then rate can go up anytime after depending on industry standards...or rate of $62 for 4 months without rate increase. I selected 4 months and after my 4th payment my rate was almost doubled to $111..moving out was just as easy as moving in."

You’ll hear her cheery voice answering the phone. It’s a bit of a drive for me but she makes it worth it. The place is always immaculate. And I feel safe going there.
