"Have been helping a client with multiple units at Life Storage for the past few months. From the first day I met Jenn, she has been extremely helpful and the communication has been great! She has been so patient with my older client. The units, hallways and parking areas at Life Storage are kept clean and tidy. Access/Exit is very easy. Thank you for all you do!"

JENN was excellent - she was on top of things, kept us updated and took good care of the property. Couldn't ask for a better experience!"

"Great service. Fast and very helpful! I was filling out the application and having some difficulties as it would not take my non profit business name, so I could not move forward on the reservation. It actually frustrated me as I had everything I needed and I was on a time crunch. Within 30 minutes, I received a phone call. The manager, Jennifer, asked how my day was going? I explained that it would be better if the reservation app would take my organization information. I proceeded to tell her that I could not get past the business organization part she politely told me to come on in and she would assist me the process, so I could complete the reservation and get the excellent price that was being offered. I went in and the assistant behind the counter was a friend of mine who I had not seen in about 5 years. She was able to knock out the Reservation with no problems at all, I had all my paperwork, we went down looked at the storage unit came back signed the forms and I was able to get me great rate. Both Jen and Elizabeth were very helpful. I appreciate their patience. They still have some units left at great prices hurry up before they’re all gone."

"I would rate them a 0 star if we could. Son stored his apartment here while waiting to relocate to Savannah. After moving everything on 2 days to his NEW apartment we started unboxing all his kitchen and bathroom items. EVERY BOX WE OPENED was loaded with droppings. We very carefully sealed all his belongings prior to storing there. We chose an interior 8 x 10 unit. 8 months his belongings stored and we assumed the facility would protect his stuff. How horrified we were when seeing all the gross droppings that we had to deal with when unpacking. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS IF WE HAD KNOWN. STAY AWAY. CHOOSE ANOTHER STORAGE COMPANY if you want your possessions protected and stored."
