"Everything started good until I gave a deposit of $1000 for a vehicle I was trying to acquire. I did not even test drive the vehicle ask for my deposit and clearly said no to me even though the deal was impossible to get done. I don’t think this is fair by such a dealership like this. This is not a buy here pay here dealership. They have plenty of more money than I do. I am a hard working person with the need of those $1000."

"Started coming to Florida a few years ago as a Snowbird and chose Suncoast to maintain my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.7L. About a month ago the passenger side Daytime Running Light went out, and a few days ago, the drivers side did the same. I bought the bulbs myself, but decided not to attempt the job, as I am not mechanically inclined. The Service Advisor went to see how much the job would cost, and came back with a smile on his face and said they would be charging me $278.00 to do the job. I declined his offer and went home to try and replace the bulbs myself. The passenger side took two minutes and the drivers side took ten minutes because the air filter housing had to be moved out of the way to complete the job. Nice try, Suncoast."
"I've taken two different vehicles there for service and I feel they did a great job repairing them. Those are both under warranty so can't speak to their prices but their service department members seem nice, and even though they kept my vehicle a day longer they offered me a shuttle to an appointment I had."
