To pick up your rental, follow the signs to the baggage claim area, proceed outside the terminal, and cross the street to the Rent A Car building on the left. Inside, you'll find the Payless counter, and our cars are conveniently parked in the connected garage. When returning your vehicle, follow the car rental return signs to the designated area, where Payless is the last entrance at the very end.

"Avoid this guy (Steve) at all cost!! Definitely hates his job! He was so rude barely talked to us or asked us anything. There were four other people working there they seemed upbeat and thorough but this guy told us he had to go and even cussed in front of us. Received a dirty car could hardly see out the windshield. Sometimes paying less isn't worth it"

"My credit card got decline due to verification and the wonderful person they had at the counter said to me try other company because I swipe twice your card is block on our system . But if you swipe Once and you know it gets block why don’t you notify the client and ask to verify with their bank . But that was not even the problem . The problem was that after they suggest me to get another card I sent somebody home to get me another card which I did got it and they refused me but not only that they gave me the paper for the refund and when I call they said booking have to refund me but when I called booking they refuse my refund because the genius person in the front have the audacity to lie and said I did not have a credit card in my name . So inhuman , not ethical , not professional , I felt discriminated and I will make sure to report this to the business bureau I loose my money my time and everything . Thank you for taking my time and money and for calling me a lier under they eyes of booking"

"We received a car the was so dirty I had to clean the side mirrors to be able to use them. Later when we needed to use the windshield wipers, they were totally worn and there was no washer fluid. So we were driving down the highway with streaks on the windshield and terrible visibility. The car was 1/2 full of gas when we received it and we returned it the same, but they charged us for a full tank. We also returned the car on time, early in the morning for our morning flight, followed the instructions we were given for the return outside of the counter open hours and were charged a late fee and an extra day. I called and after 4 attempts and different numbers, reached someone the could help me. The representative was nice and apologized. She said they sometimes have delays in getting the cars checked in when dropped off like that. I am getting refunded the late fee and extra day. Buyer beware-check your invoices. You get what you pay for and Payless is an appropriate name. I won’t be making that mistake again."

"No issue with the car. It was fairly new, clean and in good condition. My issues with this office were about the staff. I was told there would be no fee for extending my contract but there would be one if I returned the car early. As it turned out, I had to extend my contract and I was charged an extension fee. Lack of training I imagine. The worst problem for me is when I requested a receipt. They offer to email it to me. I did not get it 24 hrs later, so I checked their website. It has a prompt for getting a receipt but it does not work. I went back to that same office to get my receipt printed but was told their printer does not work. When will it be fixed? No idea. Apparently, the staff is getting used to the fact they don't have a printer!!!!!! Really? I then requested to take a picture of my receipt on their screen with my phone. I was told they could not view my receipt. Which means to me that I can not file my business expenses. I also realize I never got an e confirmation email of my reservation which leads me to believe this office has no working email and no functional printer!!!! Really? This is insane! In my decades of travels worldwide, I never had so much trouble to get a receipt!"

"Car was perfect, shuttle driver was great on trip from airport. The long flight wore me out but driver was very kind and welcoming he took my bags and the 6 min ride was no problem. Drive to Airport after dropping car off was just as nice. Checking out the car was worry free. The return took 1 minute, maybe 2. Overall great experience!"
