"It's always clean, well lit and well staffed. Sometimes the lines at Avis can be long but not terrible. Never tried the other vendors. The free shuttle buses to take you between the airport and rental car center are also always clean."

"On arriving to the counter to pick up the car, I had already preset online all my needs, and the lady at the counter talked me into add on’s which I felt were very unnecessary, although very detailed… which was helpful. The biggest rip off I would say is when they talk you into tag tacking on a daily fee to use the bridges, which is only two dollars one-way. Since our flight arrived late, 11 PM, there was no one to help out in the garage where you could choose your own car. I finally found someone at the checkout gate who was very helpful, and the only thing I can see that would’ve been a little more helpful … explaining the car and its functions since I wasn’t used to a keyless entry. The first car had a warning light illuminated for low air pressure in the tires so we ended up going with a Nissan Altima. It turned out to be a very nice car. Excellent in fact ! The employee that help me with the car was very friendly. Returning the car was super easy, drive up, get out and the tech takes over. He could’ve been a little more friendly though."
