"The whole rental process was easy. I initially rented from Budget. When I got to the rental car area, the line for Budget was extremely long. I waited for about 5 minutes with no movement. While in line, I canceled my Budget reservation, made a Hertz reservation, walked out of line, straight to the Gold member section in the parking lot and picked up my car. I will now only rent from Hertz."
"Staff was awesome! It looks like they have quite a bit of nonsense to deal with, unreasonable customers, out of date equipment, and all the day to day difficulties that come with working for a big cooperation. Dispite all of that, they were able to handle my requests professionally. The only thing that really slowed the process down was out of date payment equipment, to whoever it may concern, please get these guys a proper credit card processing machine in the store!"
"I reserved a full size car and checked in with their app, when I got there nothing was as requested. The contract was not ready, the car was not available and the “upgraded” vehicle was dirty both inside and out. I was told they don’t wash the outside of any of their cars but if I would wait they would clean the inside. I was also told they had no other vehicles available and they could not cancel my contract until Monday when their branch manager would be in."
