"If I could give 0 stars I would! The guy at the counter had absolutely no clue what he was doing. Wasted an hour of my time just to tell me, I ran your card once and now I can't run it again. And sent us elsewhere. Pathetic and totally UNPROFESSIONAL. The fact that this store has 3.5 stars blows my mind! It should be .1 stars."

"Worst rental experience I've ever had. I'd give this place a zero if it was an option. The vehicle I was given wasn't even close to what I reserved. I asked for something different as there was no way my family plus suitcases would fit. They refused, told me I should have read the fine print. The car was dirty inside and out. As I waited to pick up my vehicle, I witnessed an employee named Sam treat a gentleman like complete garbage. Horrible customer service, she was disrespectfull and unnecessarily rude to him."
