"Before you go on line and rent a car know who you are renting from. If go to the rental car you rented from and they don't have the car other rental car dealers want honor that agreement. You have to get a refund and go to another rental place try to find your car and get the best price you can. I was lucky I went to Avis at 4715 14th St W in Bradenton FL and talked to Angel. She only had the car I wanted but got me a price close to the online price. She is definitely an angel. God pleased me with her. I'll never go any other place to rent a car but Avis on 14th in Bradenton."

"If you want a car, that smells like smoke. and a manager that I'll argue with you about it when you call in and, Basically, do nothing to make the situation right...rent from this place. If you want a manager that will cut you off and talk over you the entire time again... This is your place. In the 2 and a 1/2 years I've lived in Florida., I've always rented from this one company and location and just like that, they ruined it. I'll be at enterprise a block down from now on. "Had a reservation. Called three times to make sure that we were going to get the elite standard size SUV. Get to Avis and they said they don’t have the car that we need. Tried to pawn off another car that had just come in not cleaned. NOT recommending at all."

"I’ve rented with the Avis/Budget group for years. Your in office agent Angel is the only reason why I didn’t give this rental experience a 0. She was very kind and easy to work with. The car was quite possibly the most disappointing rental I’ve ever had. It was a 2020 Toyota RAV4. I’ve never had a rental with almost 75k miles on it. The front tires were bald. There was road tar caked on the drivers side. The interior of the car was badly damaged and the steering wheel and shifter were missing chunks of leather. The passenger seat had paint on it. Which I’m assuming was from accident repairs. The passenger side front door makes a noise like the frame of the window was damaged in an accident and you can hear a wind noise while on the interstate. I cleaned up crumbs and dirt on the back seat. There was something sticky spilled on the back seat. The center console from the radio back to the cup holders had sticky fingerprints all over it. The retracting rear cargo cover had blue gum stuck to it. The car smelled like weed. It wasn’t noticeable at pick up. But when I ran some errands and the car sat in the warm Florida sun, it was extremely noticeable that somebody had smoked in the car. I spent my time and money cleaning out your car. I wiped dirty fingerprints off of nearly every surface in the car. There were dirty fingerprints on the headliner. I spent almost 2 hours cleaning this car before I felt that I was comfortable driving it. You need to do better, Avis. I’ll be searching out other companies for future rentals."
