Budget Car Rental

"5 stars! This is My go to Avis rental location. I have been using this location for many, many years. The ladies do their best to accommodate. My husband and I rent a lot for our corporate profession. Maria and her team make it easy and quick on us. The cars are always in great condition. They truly try to go out of their way! Always a pleasure seeing the team. Who would have thought I’d be excited to rent a car?!"

"Would give 0 stars if I could. Picking up a moving truck that was supposed to have 4 dozen blankets and a hand truck. Go look at the truck when we get the keys and there’s only a dozen blankets inside; no dolly. I come back to tell the associate and she directs me and my husband to their back room to count and move 36 more blankets into the truck ourselves and get the dolly. No employee ever came to recount. We leave and 1 hr later I get a call from the manager accusing me of taking 50+ blankets. Phone call immediately started with a piss poor attitude so the energy was matched. Manager saying things like “I hope your conscience clears you” clearly implying that I stole blankets. Stating she will look at her cameras - PLEASE DO. I come home and recount my 48 blankets. No more no less. I call back to let the manager know. “I just needed to get information on where my blankets went”. First of all, this wouldn’t have been a problem if you had loaded the blankets and prepared the truck for us in the first place. This is YOUR management problem since you did not prepare.YOUR management problem that WE had to do YOUR job to count and load our additional blankets. Next time, do better and look at your security cameras first to solve your own issue before you call a customer who spent over $2500 for the reservation and accuse them of stealing/lying. Will be calling customer service/corporate."

"Calling corporate. Had my mother Uber’d to this location for a Rental i had reserved for her. When she got there the lady was rude . Not only was she rude but brings my mom to a car that had tons of scratches and the smell was so bad my mom had to cancel the reservation because she has breathing issues. Instead of them making any kind of accommodations they watched her walk to enterprise with a breathing disorder."

"I frequently rent for business and some personal use and everyone I deal with here is super helpful. They exceed expectations consistently because when I have a special request for a vehicle and give them some time to find it THEY ALWAYS come through. Maria, Angel and Allan are there for you directly and please ask for them when you visit!!"
