"Horrible experience, I informed the workers that the tire pressure As well as a separate caution light was on In the vehicle before I even left the facility. They said that it would be fine. It’s just on & is nothing to be concerned about. My entire trip was extremely bumpy then I did not get to complete my trip because all of a sudden the AC went out and the message on the dash said “engine, hot AC off” I contact roadside assistance. No one was able to help me. I was directed to customer service. Luckily, I was followed by a friend and able to get the truck back to the location. Upon arriving to the location, the truck was dirty and had so many ants climbing in the back which got onto my things . I will never rent this location ever again. I advise others to not do so as well. 0/10 Do not recommend."

"One of the reps that work here was a bit rude and acted like I was bothering her so someone else helped me. I was told if I returned the trailer sooner then I would receive a refund on the price. Well, that’s not true on one way trips. But the trailer was good and I had no problems with it and someone did help me."

"Very friendly staff - looked like they really enjoyed working with each other. The pick-up process was quick and efficient and I was driving out of the parking lot in a truck less than 20 minutes after I arrived. The truck ran great with no issues all the way to SC - no shaking or vibrating or weird noises. Thanks guys...and gals!"

"Great prices on moving boxes, tape and packing supplies. Lowest price in town for a hand truck. They have it covered for whatever you would need when moving. Trucks Storage etc. Overall best deal in town."

"The place is very well maintained outside, and on premises. The times we have used their services in the past, everything, including the cleanliness of the truck, was perfect. Unforunately, this time around, the truck was dirty. The customer service was still good. Could have been that they where busy, because upon returning my truck, I saw 12 that had just been turned in."
