"This place for rental is unsteady, they change everything every time. I been rented cars here since 2014 sometimes they require credit card , sometimes they don’t have the size of the car that I had booked, sometimes they require extra coverage plus my own insurance and they never had the car on time . Every time I need a car rental I have to deal with something different bcz I never know what new problem they will come out with. So if you need a rental from them be patient and book a reservation hours before you need it so then might you will have it on time"

"We were in the area on vacation and we were debating on whether we would rent a car or not, it was recommend to check out the Oldsmar location. We checked online and we were very happy with the prices as most other places with at least $300 more. When I went to pick up our rental, the staff were very helpful and courteous. We were extremely satisfied with our rental - it was very clean inside and out, and in great working order. Drop off was just as smooth. If we are ever in the area again and we needed to rent a car, I will be back."

"UPDATE: I spoke to someone from the company (several days after my initial post, even though I emailed them immediately) that let me know their power washer was not working. As sorry as I am to hear that, I paid for a clean car. I didn't want free points/rental/etc, just to have an acknowledgement that they would fix the problem going forward. INSTEAD, the person questioned my rental price through my company and who the drivers were. That was an interesting tactic for customer service issue resolution. Unimpressed. I reserved a full sized car about a week out for 9AM Monday morning and called Friday morning to change it to 8AM since I had obligations earlier than expected. I arrived before 8:15AM to pick up the car. When I got there I was asked to have a seat because they were doing some final touches on my car. After 8:30AM I was walked to an SUV, which was a free "upgrade". I wasn't thrilled by this but it didn't seem like they had a large selection of rentals at that moment. What I was even less excited about was the amount of bugs plastered to the front of the SUV. The entire outside of the vehicle was dirty. To their credit, the inside seemed spotless. Sometime around 8:45AM I left with the dirty SUV that had half a tank of gas. None of this is the kind of experience I would expected from Enterprise."
