"Had a nail in my brand new tire. Louis was excellent repairing the tire for me and didn't try to upsell me on a replacement. He acknowledged it was new and went out of his way to make sure I DIDN'T have to replace it. Took about 90 minutes from drop off to driving out on a repaired tire. They also checked the other ones and the brakes while they were doing the repair. I appreciated the refreshing honesty."
