"One Horrible experience for my father and I, is this U-Haul, from the customer service, to the attitudes on every one working there, to the price, they made sure was over charged. They charged us for gas that we didn’t use, got angry when we asked for a receipt, they promised the money would be returned, that Never happened. We also got charged for miles we never used. So they charged 30 dollars alone to put in the gas tank when we dropped it off with more gas than it had when we rented the truck, they charged for that also, they charged us for around 30 miles when we barely drove it 20, when we simply asked them for any kind of receipt or paper showing what was done, they would actually get an attitude, and that happened more than 3 times while we were there, I’ve used U-Haul more than I can even remember over my years, and this one I will not be returning to. If your going to use this place, I would make sure you get your receipts and whatnot because there ridiculous, unprofessional, and seems like there out to take advantage of anyone they can."

"I have been a regular customer at this U-Haul location for quite some time, but my recent experience has been incredibly disappointing. I called in to make some changes to my reservation and got Mimi, who happens to be the manager, on the line. Right from the start, she was rude and dismissive. She asked if I was calling about my reservation, leading me to believe she had my account information pulled up. However, when I mentioned that I was looking to make changes, she sniped back, "I don't know what kind of truck you rented." I then inquired about a 24-hour reservation, to which she curtly replied, "We don't do that." So I told her I'd be happy to take the 12 hour option. Confusingly, she later put me on hold and came back saying she booked me for 24 hours. When I asked for clarification regarding the 12 hour agreement, she hung up on me. Come to think of it, I have never witness a smile on that ladies face any time I have ever been there. Terrible attitude! When I called back, Darryll assisted me, and I must say he was, and always is, as nice and professional as can be. He helped resolve my issue promptly and with courtesy, a stark contrast to Mimi's behavior. However, the in-store experience was just as bad, if not worse. Mimi couldn't even look me in the eye or greet me when I walked in. No apology, no acknowledgment of the earlier rudeness—just complete and utter unprofessionalism. It's appalling to witness such a lack of basic customer service, especially from someone who considers themselves the owner. This is not what I have come to expect from this location, especially given how frequently I rent here. I am extremely disappointed and hope that this level of unprofessionalism is addressed immediately. In addition the seat was broken, twisted sideways and didn't lean back against the wall and the charging port didn't work so I wasn't able to use GPS due to a dead phone!"

"picking up the truck was pleasant and super easy, Darrel i believe was super courteous and extremely well mannered and helpful. However, upon returning the truck another gentleman was there and he was extremely abrasive, brash, and quick to presume customer fault and then proceeded to tell me about how badly the rental was set up and how poor a job the guy who rented me the truck (who was actually nice) did. This guy seemed like a manager, and if that's true, he should be fired and replaced with the gentleman who I originally encountered who seemed extremely more customer orientated, patient, and better overall at handling guest interactions. As a business owner, in the hospitality industry, I would definitely encourage the owner, upper management, and anyone reading this to take a closer look at the customer service being provided by the staff member who check in my rental truck that I returned Saturday July 27th around 8:15am which I believe was numbered 1820. Overall the experience was positive, it was local, easy to use, and equipment was good to go. However, the encounter at the end almost soured the overall rental experience, and I would speak highly of the rental experience but caution others to use this location due to that specific encounter."

"Great customer service when picking up 4x8 enclosed trailer. I did ask to confirm it would fit a 6 foot long hutch. Failed to ask if it would fit one 4 foot wide...it does not...opening too small. Company tip - have your staff ask about WxHxL needs...yes yes I know...it is on your site I bet. Well here's the thing, customer service is about the extra things you do, not the basic things a company does. I returned it like an hour later, 12:50pm, though called and on way back to them. At first the gentleman said I could get the next larger size but it must be returned the same day as it was going out the next day to someone else. They had two but both going out next day. I said no problem and would have it back before they close. Needed to do a two hour drive north then back home again. I live like 15 minutes from their location and have doggies I needed to come back home to. Manager told him NO, thus could not exchange for a larger one. I get it, yet at the same time I use u-haul several times and have never not returned an item on the date indicated. I get that I wasted like $25 on a rental, my bad. Still, in the end...U-Haul failed to be my "moving and storage resource" in time of needed. I had already spent too much time on this process and was no willing to search yet again at a different location. Maybe others will have a more understanding manager, granted just doing her job. One that will trust a loyal customer that uses their services more than just once in a blue moon. I did stay a bit at brothers place where I dropped off the hutch using my truck's short 4.5 foot bed, lucky for me no rain. Just so I could cut the grass though if I had the u-haul would have returned before 8pm. As dumb as it sounds, I was actually going to drive back to the facility and take a picture of me there with a date and time stamp on it cuz I was just miffed about the whole thing but it was pouring down rain at that time and just wasn't worth my time and effort. Got back home at like 8:10pm Score card: Customer 10 out of 10 on willingness to return same day U-haul 0 out of 10 on trusting your customers that rent from you"

"I called to make appt for a tow hitch put up on my vehicle.I had one done ten years before on a previous SUV.The owner was so helpful with trying to order the specific one for my Armada.He could not find any info except for the front end.So he told me to come by and he'd take a look at my SUV, Sure enough there's a hidden hitch factory installed behind a bumper cover plate! He took his time to show me how take it off and install the ball and brake light adapter.He didn't even charge me for the service.I highly recommend this uhaul service center"
