I have PTSD with all things dental and have never had a root canal before, so when I tell you that I was so scared I was shaking - I was literally shaking! The front office staff were so friendly, they sympathized and tried to calm my nerves. The dental assistant was amazing too - so understanding and kind. Then there’s Dr. Forbes who couldn’t be any kinder - he was so patient, thorough and extremely gentle. I couldn’t even feel the needle from the Novocain!!!! They all took such good care of me and I am so very thankful for them! 100/100 recommend!!!"

"I was recently diagnosed by my dentist that I needed a root canal in a molar. I was referred to Forbes Endodontics for treatment. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the team's interest in my situation. They were very courteous and friendly. As a result, some of my anxiety disappeared. Then the treatment process started with several X-rays to determine the best strategy to proceed. Then I was given a series of pain medicines to numb the tooth/gum area. Then the actual root canal procedure took place - no pain and no discomfort. The procedure took about 20 minutes. Afterwards Dr. Forbes explained the outcome of the procedure and what I could expect next as part of my recovery. The surgery was successful, and I felt very well taken care of. I experienced no pain whatsoever and I was treated with utmost respect and courtesy by a very caring medical team headed by Dr. Forbes. I highly recommend them."

"I needed two root canals and I an abscess. This was a surprise to me. I had no pain. My dentist referred me to Dr. Forbes, a specialist. I could not be more pleased. The procedure was long as it was involved. Doctor Forbes is a top notch professional. His professionalism is exceeded only by his warmth and concern for the patient. When it was over, I had some discomfort that evening. I did take two pain pills that evening. He explained everything to me. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dental problems do not get better by ignoring them. I am 83 years old and have been to several endocrinologists, and he is the best. If you need to see an endocrinologist, I highly recommend him."

"I was in severe pain and needed a root canal. I left a message over the weekend and they called me back before the office was even officially open the next morning. The receptionist was so kind and sympathetic to my pain. She got me in for the same day. Once I got there everyone was welcoming and very nice. I was extremely scared but Dr. Forbes was so nice and practiced so much patience explaining each step of the process to me and making sure I was numb and comfortable during the entire experience. I couldn’t recommend Dr.Forbes enough. He was wonderful. UPDATE next morning day: WOW! I am in no pain at all.. NONE . not even in need of Tylenol or ibuprofen today.. he did such an amazing job. I was able to sleep for the first time in days and feel so much better! Thank you so much!"
