Crave Cookies

"I was really hoping to like this place; unfortunately it’s a big no for me. The employees didn’t greet us/very awkward in there. The cookies are hard as a rock and all of them cold; chocolate chip cookie tastes like they just loaded it with brown sugar and maybe ten chocolate chips."

"After experiencing the 3 local cookie shops crave is by far the best. I feel the value exceeds the cost. It makes a great gift special occasion item and fun treat. The atmosphere is classy and transparent in quality. Love the weekly variety rather than same selection all the time. The taste and texture is on point. I prefer my cookies room temp. However Some of my friends prefer them warm but that would be my only observation. I love cookies and Im a harsh critic but I have none here."

"A delicious cookie option in SWFL! We have frequented Crave many times. The reheating instructions are spot on and make for a tasty cookie. The cookies don’t last very long in our house (as you can see the 4 pack box is already missing 1!)."

"We attended Crave's grand opening 1/20/24. They were giving out free cookies all day, first come, first serve. It was unclear on the advertisement what the process was for the free cookie! Like good customers, we got in line and bought a few things before grabbing a cookie. Once we paid, we looked over to see 0 free cookies left. It was a mess because there were people just coming in and out to grab a cookie and go. It might have been better if they had a line for them or the staff handing out 1 per customer. We did end up waiting around 25 minutes for a new batch to come out and it felt like there was a lack of urgency. Lots of customers waited for one and the place cleared as soon as the new batch came out. They have a very small interior (similar to crumbl), so this is a grab and go place. The staff seemed a little overwhelmed (to be expected, lots of people there for those free cookies). Their options were somewhat limited. I was hoping they would have a sugar cookie option as chocolate can get a bit heavy. We tried their Oreo, horchata, the scotcherookie, and a brownie/cookie mixed (forgot the name). They are definitely rich. I enjoyed the regular chocolate chip cookie and the horchata cookie the best. The horchata cookie reminded me of a snickerdoodle a little bit. The chocolate chip was super moist, fresh out of the oven and gooey. It was great! They do rotate their flavors and have some pretty cool speciality sodas. I would equate the soda options to a glamorized sonic. Aside from the mess to get a free cookie, this place has a lot of potential and is in a great location for FGCU students/shoppers at Miromar. It's a little hidden but I hope to see this place thrive. There's a lot of cookie places nearby (Chip and Insomnia) so it'll be interesting to see how they differentiate themselves."
