"I came here for dinner with my family on Easter Sunday after hearing great things about the food. It did not disappoint! Not only was the food fantastic, the service was phenomenal. Everyone was friendly and quick to check on us. I recommend a stop in!"
"Thought twice about leaving a review, especially after talking to the waitress privately. Leaving 1 star to be courteous to the staff who did an excellent job preparing and serving our meals... Charging a credit card fee at all - let alone with no advance notice to bring cash - is extremely tacky at an establishment that charges more than $30 per plate. Credit card fees are to be expected in any business in the modern world, most of which factor them into their costs. Adjust your prices to accommodate or negotiate a better deal with your card processing vendor. When I pushed this issue, the staff member informed me that "food prices have gone up"... Again, adjust your prices like any other establishment and run your books better so there aren't hidden fees. We were also charged a mandatory 20% gratuity for 4 adults and 2 children under 3. We would have happily left an adequate tip for our waitress, if given the chance. It is not your patrons job to pay your employees better. It's another instance of accurately setting your prices to cover your costs (ie staff) or don't run a business. This entire experience felt like an attempt to bleed visiting people during busy times and left a really bad impression. We spent $445 here and it was not worth it. Drive the extra 20 minutes to downtown Naples."
"Intimate. Good food. Very good waitress! A tiche of snobbish disdain that we didn’t have a reservation but sat us outside and that was nice. No limes. Very small beer selection. Didn’t like the surprise credit card charge. Not interesting enough for a repeat."
"Very loud environment. Sea bass was fishy and was told by the waitress I must not know how fish taste. Charged a credit card fee while paying cash. Many better options on Marco Island."
