If you own property or rent annually on Marco Island, you have the opportunity to join the Marco Island Residents’ Beach. Membership includes access to the stunning beach, dining at Paradise Grill, convenient parking, restrooms, showers, picnic chickees with charcoal grills, a playground, and beach wheelchairs with easy handicap access to facilities.
Members can also enjoy family-friendly concert events on the green and access to Sarazen Park on the south end of the island, which offers beach access, parking, restrooms, a playground, and picnic facilities.
To become a member, individuals must have their picture taken at the MICA office and carry their Residents’ Beach ID at all times while on the property, including under the chickee huts. "My sister brought me here in my recent vacation. This is a beach place, so one should expect to be seated outdoors in the heat! No problemo if the food is good! The special of the day was a grouper wrap, which sister Susan said was the bomb, so that's what we ordered. The wrap is fried grouper with lettuce, tomato, and a special sauce. It was delicious, and was a perfect treat for lunch! Nice choice, sister!"

"Amazing little place to have breakfast or lunch. You can’t hold the fact that it’s members only against the grill. But I guarantee you the food and service alone are worth the membership. The beach is the bonus. Visit this place every year when I take a trip to marco."
"I stopped here for lunch while visiting resident's beach. The lunches we're very reasonably priced and good! The grilled chicken and mahi sandwiches were great and quick to come out. The tables were nice to take a quick break as well."
